David is the owner of The Ohio Gym.  He began his training career nearly 25 years ago and is a CPT with AFPA.  He has helped hundreds of clients to become healthy and fit.  David's passion is and always will be helping people.

Mike is a fitness enthusiast who enjoys seeing things change! He is certified through ACE, H.I.I.T training, & Strength and Conditioning. Mike has an Athletic background in playing football, basketball, and enjoys most sports. He is very passionate about fitness. One of his favorite quotes is “Show me the will, and I will show you the way."
